What does this PR do?
This PR updates the README file in docker package. Due to some unexpected issues in the latest PR from this package (related PR #4748), checks were not executed and this file was merged without being updated accordingly.
Checked that latest docker version published 2.3.0 has this README file with the right descriptions in these fields. Version checked obtained by:
